Snaking its way through the design, a mysterious river unites Japan's four main islands, taking in palaces, temples and giant 'kamis' or spirits. Eastern Palace is digitally printed on a luxurious 400 thread count Egyptian cotton sateen, in shades of indigo blue and white, finished with cord piping.
