Description
Sunflower Etch is an adaptation of Sunflower block printed wallpaper designed by Morris in 1879. Other more ornate versions of Sunflower produced in the 1880s involved printing oil-based red pigment onto crepe-embossed gold foiled and lacquered base paper. Sunflower Etch wallpaper has been inspired by the metal outline on the surface rollers used for printing Sunflower. Shown here in a church red and biscuit beige colourway. Use the Sunflower Etch wallpaper for a feature wall in a bedroom and hallway, or perhaps to cover an entire living room or dining room. This wallpaper is part of the Morris Volume IV wallpapers collection. Application Method: paste the wall and then apply wallpaper. Pattern match: Straight. Vertical repeat: 46cm.
