Description

Description

We present a brand-new style from Morris & Co. William Morris made a forceful argument against the negative impacts of industrialised capitalism in his speech titled The Beauty of Life, which was presented to the Birmingham Society of Arts on February 19, 1880. This rallying cry is permanently inscribed on a dramatic wallpaper that features classic Morris themes like scrolling foliage, chattering birds, and lovely writing drawn from his own Kelmscott Press. For the Emery Walker's House collection, The Beauty of Life is added to the Morris & Co. catalogue. William Morris's own book-printing press, The Kelmscott Press, which he accomplished with the unflinching assistance and direction of renowned typographer Sir Emery Walker, serves as the inspiration for the letters. Shown here in a indigo blue colourway. This wallpaper is part of the Emery Walkers House wallpapers collection. Application Method: paste the wallpaper and then apply. Pattern match: Half drop. Vertical repeat: 52cm. This
